Refund policy

At SOUL GARDEN, every creation is crafted with the utmost care and respect. If you need to return an eligible item, the following conditions apply.

Return Period

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

For products eligible for withdrawal, SOUL GARDEN covers the cost of return shipping.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Personalized Products

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, custom-made and personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.

This includes any urn, memorial plaque, or creation featuring a personalized engraving such as a name, date, or any custom request.

An exception will be made only if:

• the product has a manufacturing defect;
• the personalization does not match your order due to our error;
• or the item was damaged during delivery.

In these situations, SOUL GARDEN will provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
