The products offered are decorative pet urns and memorial accessories designed to preserve the memory of beloved companion animals.
Product photographs displayed on the website are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee an exact match with the delivered product.
3. Personalisation
SOUL GARDEN products may be personalised using the information provided by the customer when placing an order (name, date or other requested inscription).
The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted and must carefully review all personalisation details before confirming the order.
SOUL GARDEN cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT).
SOUL GARDEN reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced at the price applicable on the date the order is placed.

SOUL GARDEN currently delivers to Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Shipping costs are included in the displayed price for these destinations.
A tracking number is provided once the order has been dispatched.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for non-personalised products.
Personalised products are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
9. Legal Warranty
Products sold by SOUL GARDEN are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity and the legal warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable law.
10. Liability
SOUL GARDEN shall not be liable for any damage resulting from improper use of its products.
